We applied and heard almost nothing

OxyResume started with our own frustrating job search. We sent applications to dozens of companies and waited. Some replies were negative, and many never came at all. The effort was there. We matched requirements, adjusted our resumes and still got silence. It stopped feeling like a skills problem and started feeling like a process nobody had explained to us.

Then we learned how ATS filters work

Research led us to applicant tracking systems. Employers and recruiters use them to sort thousands of resumes before a person ever reads one. These systems look for the exact words and phrases used in the job description, so qualified candidates can disappear simply because their resume uses different language. That was the moment it clicked. We were not reaching the interview stage because of keyword filters, not because we lacked the ability.

Tailoring every application changed my job search

Once I started tailoring each application to its job description, everything changed. Within three months I received 10+ interviews and 5+ job offers. I used the same approach to create job-specific resumes with AI, refining only what was already true and never inventing experience. That practice became the workflow behind this product.
